What will I do?
Responsible for leading the Restaurant & Bar team, you\’ll lead from the front and work with your team to ensure brand standards are adhered to and maintained, the guest experience is to a very high standard and revenues are maximised at every opportunity.

Oxford Belfry Hotel & Spa is located in Thame, just outside Oxford and within close proximity to the Cotswolds. Our hotel is a 4*, 154-bedroom property and has the Spires restaurant and bar & lounge area, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces.
