Overview

You will be the first impression a guest will have upon arriving at the hotel, you\'ll greet guests, assign rooms, take payments and general administrative duties. Ensure all guest enquires/complaints are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
