What will I do?

Reception is the first impression of the hotel a guest will experience so it is crucial you and your team provide an outstanding level of service. You’ll be responsible for the guest’s stay, review room allocation, advise on rates, packages and promotions, guest issues and complaints and to maximise revenue.

Our hotel has beautiful garden views with an 18-hole golf course and the dining options include the Brasserie restaurant, Bunkers bar and a terrace bar, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces. The leisure facilities include a gym, pool, sauna, steam room, and a relaxing Elemis spa.
