Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our HR Team! We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic person to support our HR team with a variety of administrative tasks where no two days are the same. This role is key to ensuring smooth collaboration and consistency across all HR functions, while also playing a part in delivering our employer brand and values. You’ll be a vital link in the team, helping to build strong relationships across the business through clear and confident communication.

What will I do?
You’ll work closely with our Business Partners and wider HR team, assisting with various HR tasks – high attention to detail, strong IT and organisational skills will help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
- Collate data and reporting for the HR team
- Build strong relationships with the stakeholders within the business, across the hotels and central
- Manage time effectively to ensure you are meeting the needs of the business
- Understand the priorities and your workload
- Deal with any general enquiries swiftly & efficiently
