Forest Pines Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is located in Scunthorpe. Our hotel is a 4*, 188-bedroom property set in acres of woodland with a 27-hole championship golf course. The dining options include The Grill restaurant, The Lounge bar, The Pines bar, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces. The leisure facilities include a gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and a relaxing Elemis spa.

Previous experience in a sales related role, ideally within hospitality
Golf experience either personally or professionally would be preferred
KPI and target driven
Strong customer service skills
Ability to multi task and think outside the box, come up with ideas to maximise opportunities
IT savvy! Database management system experience would be ideal!

What will I do?
Promoting the hotel facilities, you’ll drive golf memberships whether that be inbound enquiries or working with the local community to drive interest. Working closely with the wider sales teams you will ensure we are also maximising cross selling opportunities at every opportunity.
