What will I do?

Responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the housekeeping department. To operate at both an operational and strategic level, managing all the housekeeping department activities. Taking personal responsibility for monitoring the standards, hiring, training and supervising all team members and delivering excellent guest services.

  • Proven experience as a Head Housekeeper is essential within a 4* hotel
  • Strong leadershipskills
  • Ability to communicate to senior stakeholders
  • Financiallyastute with strong Excel skills
  • Previousbudgetary management experience
  • Strongunderstanding of payroll budget and keeping in line with the company targets
  • Ability to prepare and submit regular financial reports on forecasting, performance, stockcontrol and make recommendations where appropriate
  • Strongunderstanding of HR processes and procedures
  • Confident to deal with challenging HR situations
  • StrongHealth & Safety knowledge, in particular COSHH
