Job Overview

As an Events & Group Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating exceptional first impressions for our guests and clients. You will be responsible for maximising bedroom, meeting, and events revenue through the effective handling of enquiries and confirmed bookings, while proactively promoting the hotel’s services and facilities. Delivering outstanding customer service and building strong client relationships will be key to ensuring expectations are consistently exceeded and memorable experiences are delivered.
