Job Overview
Supervise and lead your team to deliver a high standard of guest experience. Working together you will drive revenue at every opportunity, ensuring all team members receive the correct training to upsell and explain promotions to our guests.

About the Hotel
Dunston Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is located in Norwich and is a 166‑bedroom property. The hotel offers beautiful garden views, an 18‑hole golf course, dining options including the Brasserie restaurant, Bunkers bar and a terrace bar, afternoon tea, private dining, meeting and event spaces. Leisure facilities include a gym, pool, sauna, steam room, and a relaxing Elemis spa.
