What will I do?

Reception is the first impression of the hotel a guest will experience so it is crucial you and your team provide an outstanding level of service. You’ll be responsible for the guests' stay, review room allocation, advise on rates, packages and promotions, handle guest issues and complaints, and maximise revenue.
