What will I do?

Supervise the front of house team to ensure a warm, friendly welcome when guests arrive to when they leave. As the Supervisor you will be the point of contact for all hotel guests and deal with all situations in a polite and courteous manner.

  • Have worked in a customer facing role.
  • Strong communication skills and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and problem solve.

Forest Pines Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is located in Scunthorpe. Our hotel is a 4*, 188-bedroom property set in acres of woodland with a 27-hole championship golf course. The dining options include The Grill restaurant, The Lounge bar, The Pines bar, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces. The leisure facilities include a gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and a relaxing Elemis spa.
