Role Overview: You will assist the Spa Manager to manage all aspects of the spa from driving retail revenue and health & safety, ensuring guests receive top-class service whether they receive a single treatment or a spa weekend break. You will lead by example, work alongside the team as required and ensure they are continually trained and delivering treatments to a very high standard.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty/spa qualification.
  • Previous experience as a Senior Therapist, Spa Supervisor or Assistant Manager of a spa.
  • Elemis & Jessica Nails knowledge and experience would be a bonus.
  • People management experience.

Location: Cheltenham Chase hotel is located on the outskirts of Gloucester and is also close to Cheltenham. Our hotel is a 4-star property with 122 bedrooms, Hardy's restaurant, Hunters bar & lounge, and a garden terrace bar. Leisure facilities include a gym, pool, sauna, steam room, and a relaxing Elemis spa.
