What will I do?
Reception is the first impression of the hotel a guest will experience so it is crucial you and your team provide an outstanding level of service. Supporting the Front of House Manager, you’ll be responsible for the guests stay, review room allocation, advise on rates, packages and promotions, guest issues and complaints and to maximise revenue.

Our hotel has an 18‑hole golf course, and the dining options include the Flemings restaurant, the Grill restaurant, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces.
