What I will do:
- Responsible for all aspects of the reservations & event sales functions; focusing on maximising bedroom, meeting & events revenue opportunities through both enquiries and confirmed bookings.
- Manage and lead a team of Sales Executives, ensuring customers receive an outstanding service.
Qualifications:
- Experience within sales, account management or business development position
- Have worked in a hospitality environment preferred
- Strong people management
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Stakeholder management experience
- KPI and target driven
