What I will do:

  • Responsible for all aspects of the reservations & event sales functions; focusing on maximising bedroom, meeting & events revenue opportunities through both enquiries and confirmed bookings.
  • Manage and lead a team of Sales Executives, ensuring customers receive an outstanding service.

Qualifications:

  • Experience within sales, account management or business development position
  • Have worked in a hospitality environment preferred
  • Strong people management
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Stakeholder management experience
