Responsibilities
- Convert enquiries into sales.
- Cultivate relationships with clients to cross‑sell and up‑sell products.
- Maintain high standards of planning habits and sales administration.
- Support the company’s sales function through documentation of trades and other administration.
- Write blogs and articles for the website and financial press.
- Source, explore, and secure intermediary arrangements with introducers to earn continuing commissions.
- Create distribution channels through IFA sales to enhance volume‑based repetitive orders.
- Develop business infrastructure through marketing, innovative ideas and additional revenue‑generating mechanisms.
- Grow the business in line with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Degree with a 2:1 class or higher, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience and high conversion statistics.
- Interest in current affairs and money markets.
- Knowledgeable about global economics.
- Fast, capable learner with a drive for continuous improvement.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and a gravitas required to captivate clients at all levels.
- Strong numerical and written skills.
- ‘Can do’ mindset, tenacious, and able to work under pressure.
- Team player who can work on own initiative and communicate confidently, both verbally and in writing.
- Good time‑management, planning skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
Package & Hours
- Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6:00 pm (1‑hour lunch break).
- £35,000 – £45,000 (dependent on experience).
- Impressive uncapped commission structure with realistic first‑year OTE of £100,000.
