What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
  • Manage rotas in line with sales forecasts to ensure smooth service.
  • Oversee food ordering and stock control to minimise waste.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality dishes to spec, maintaining the highest standards.
  • Ensure all deliveries meet quality, quantity, and freshness standards.
  • Take charge of allergen procedures and ensure compliance across the team.
  • Develop and contribute to new dishes and seasonal menus.
  • Step up and manage the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
  • Lead by example by training and supporting the team to meet high standards.
  • Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
