We are looking for a part‑time Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The role involves cooking with locally sourced produce, ensuring cooking procedures and dish specifications are met, and adapting our menu to meet business and guest needs. As a Chef de Partie, you will work as a team ensuring the correct procedures are followed and that each dish meets the specified standards. You will utilise the flexibility provided by our menu‑writing processes to help adapt our offer for the business and our guests.
