The Puffin Hut is an established retailer that specialise in vape products. We are passionate about providing excellent customer service and supporting customers to reach their goals of a healthier lifestyle, by stopping smoking.
We are currently recruiting for a Part time, Weekend Customer Service Advisor to join our team, based in Freshbrook Swindon. As a Customer Service Advisor you will need to listen to customers and offer advice, to ensure they find the right product to suit their needs. Whether it is a new starter looking to stop smoking or a regular customer looking for the latest e-liquid flavour, you will need to have the ability to build a rapport with customers easily. Whilst vaping experience is a bonus, it is not essential to apply for the role.
Key Responsibilities on a day-to-day basis:- Greeting Customers
- Helping customers find the appropriate products to suit their vaping needs
- Processing transactions through the till
- Stock replenishment
- Stock rotation
- Assisting with date checking
- Assisting with stock taking
- Housekeeping duties
- Over 18 only due to the nature of the product
- Excellent people skills
- Professional and friendly approach to customer service

Days of work:Saturday and Sunday.
Hours of work:8.40am-5.40pm (Sat) 9.40am-4.10pm (Sun)
Overtime may be offered on other days of the week from time to time, to cover staff holidays and sickness but this is not guaranteed.
