We are seeking a talented and passionate Bartender to join our new opening, The Horses!

Opening in August 2026, The Horses will bring a fresh hospitality offering to Farringdon. Set within a building that has long been part of the local community, the venue will combine a pub atmosphere with exceptional dining, quality drinks, and attentive service across multiple floors.

We are building a team that prides itself on delivering authentic hospitality, who are collaborative and create a genuinely warm, welcoming environment for every guest. This is an opportunity to join a new opening and help shape the venue from day one, becoming part of a business that values quality, teamwork, and a shared passion for great service.

  • Salary- £12.71 per hour + service charge (Earn up to £17 per hour)

What you'll be doing as a Bartender:

  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and style.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcome.
  • Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are well-stocked.
  • Engage with customers, recommend drinks, and provide suggestions based on preferences.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
  • Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Support the team with opening and closing procedures.
  • Collaborative teamwork, communicate effectively with front of house team to ensure a smooth dining experience for all guests.

About you, our new Bartender:

  • Previous bartending experience is a plus, but we’ll also train enthusiastic individuals willing to learn.
  • A passion for craft cocktails, beer, and spirits.
  • Positive and friendly attitude, with a willingness to work collaboratively with the team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for guests.
