Thursday: 11:00am 7:30pm
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey
Explain treatment plans clearly and support patients in understanding their options
Coordinate appointments and follow-ups efficiently with clinicians and front desk
Build strong, trust-based relationships with patients to enhance their experience
Support the practice in achieving treatment uptake targets
Manage patient communications via phone, email, and in-person
Maintain accurate records and uphold patient confidentiality
Liaise with the clinical and admin teams to ensure seamless care delivery
