Join our team as a Part‑Time Dental Therapist at a high‑end private practice in Durham. This role is designed for a motivated clinician who wants to feel valued, supported, and able to work to their full scope without the pressure and burnout often found elsewhere.
We offer a therapy‑only diary, no hygiene, and a stable patient list transferred to you—providing monthly income in addition to fee‑per‑item earnings.
Split: 20‑30% depending on experience Split increases as you progress through in‑house training and expand your range of treatments.

Requirements
- Part‑time: 1 full day to start, with potential to increase
- Working hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm (1.5‑hour break)
- Diploma in Dental Therapy with minimum 3 years' experience
- Private practice experience preferred
- Clinical portfolio showcasing general dentistry cases
- Willingness to adapt to our workflow and work closely with the principal dentist
- Excellent communication skills
- Ambitious, positive, and a strong team player
