About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Dental Technician to join our Bolton-based dental laboratory team. This role is ideal for someone experienced in traditional denture and removable prosthetics work, who can support the full process from initial impressions through to final fit and adjustments.
Key Responsibilities
- Pouring and preparing dental impressions / models
- Constructing custom trays and bite blocks
- Wax rim registrations and jaw relation setup
- Setting teeth in wax for try-ins
- Processing acrylic dentures (full and partial)
- Finishing, polishing, and quality checking dentures
- Carrying out denture repairs, relines, and additions
- Making adjustments following fit appointments
- Working closely with the clinical team to ensure accurate outcomes
- Maintaining infection control, lab compliance, and quality standards
Requirements
- GDC-registered Dental Technician (Preferred)
- Proven experience in removable prosthetics / traditional denture work
- Good understanding of full denture workflow from impression to fit
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and organised
