We are recruiting caring and reliable Support Workers to join an FE College in the Wirral. Working closely with students with additional learning needs, you will provide classroom support and help learners develop their independence, confidence, and life skills.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting students on a 1:1 and small group basis
- Assisting with personal care
- Supporting with manual handling and mobility needs
- Encouraging independence and participation in learning
- Working closely with teaching and support staff
About You:
- Caring, patient, and positive in your approach
- Comfortable providing personal care and manual handling support
- Able to build positive relationships with young people
- Previous care, support work, education, or SEN experience is desirable but not essential
