In this role, you will bring the workshop to life by blending practical, theoretical, and digital learning. You will deliver outstanding training up to Level 3, including adult learning and specialist courses like F-Gas, MOT, and Hybrid/Electric vehicles. Based in the college's state-of-the-art workshops, you will mentor diverse learners and help them secure apprenticeships and thriving careers. You will inspire students by sharing real-world insights from the automotive industry and assess students’ progress in our state-of-the-art workshops, ensuring they meet industry standards.
