This role involves acting as a welcoming first point of contact, managing enquiries, and maintaining learner records. Ideal candidates will possess strong customer service skills, relevant IT skills, and ideally have experience in education or public sector environments. The position is temporary, covering from 6th July 2026 to 25th September 2026.
