The Opportunity

We're looking for engaging and knowledgeable accountancy professionals to join our expanding training team.

Whether you're already an experienced tutor or considering a move into learning and development, full training and ongoing support will be provided.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sharing their expertise, helping others succeed, and bringing technical concepts to life in a way that is practical, relatable, and engaging.

You'll work with aspiring accountants and finance professionals, supporting them through professional qualifications and apprenticeship programmes while helping them develop the skills and confidence needed to progress in their careers.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Delivering high-quality training for students pursuing professional accountancy qualifications including AAT, ACCA, ACA and CIMA.
  • Facilitating learning through both classroom-based and virtual delivery methods.
  • Coaching and mentoring apprentices undertaking Level 4 and Level 7 programmes.
  • Monitoring learner progress and providing guidance to help individuals achieve their goals.
  • Marking assessments and providing constructive feedback that supports ongoing development.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure learners receive a positive and consistent experience.
  • Contributing to learner reviews, performance discussions, and programme administration.
  • Supporting outreach activities, such as careers fairs, employer events, and networking opportunities.
  • Helping to continuously enhance programme content, delivery methods, and learner outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified accountant holding ACA, ACCA, CIMA or an equivalent Level 7 qualification.
  • Right to work and reside in the UK.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
  • Passion for developing and supporting others.
  • Excellent planning, organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Positive, adaptable and proactive approach to work.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards.
  • Comfortable building professional relationships with learners, colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of professional accountancy qualifications and apprenticeship frameworks.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Experience working within accountancy, finance, audit, tax or business advisory environments.
  • Previous experience in training, mentoring, coaching or delivering presentations.
  • Familiarity with apprenticeship delivery and learner progression processes.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups across both commercial and educational settings.
