The Protocol Group is seeking a Hospitality and Catering Assessor in Hertfordshire. You will assess Level 1 to Level 3 qualifications in the college restaurant, helping students build portfolios through practical and group work in a supported learning environment.

Based at the Stevenage and Hitchin sites, you will work with learners to meet industry standards, liaise with placement settings and awarding organisations, and ensure high-quality, compliant assessments across restaurant and deli.
