The Experts Group is a growing portfolio of specialist brands across property, finance, recruitment, and professional services. As we scale, we’re looking for an experienced marketing leader to bring clarity, focus, and direction to our group‑wide marketing activity.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • You’ll shape how our brands show up in the market, how we attract consumers and partners, and how marketing supports long‑term, sustainable growth through clear strategy and measurable impact.
  • You’ll set and lead the strategic marketing direction across a multi‑brand organisation.
  • Your focus will be on translating business objectives into clear priorities, ensuring marketing activity is aligned, purposeful, and delivering results.
  • You’ll lead brand‑led, consumer and recruitment‑focused marketing activity, working closely with Brand Management, Recruitment, and Operations.
  • You’ll also partner with The Marketing Experts, who deliver digital marketing services across the group.

  • Experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally in a multi‑brand environment.
  • Strong background in brand, consumer, or recruitment marketing.
  • Track record of translating strategy into focused, measurable activity.
  • Experience leading and developing marketing teams.

  • Experience in property, recruitment, agency, or service‑led businesses is advantageous, but not essential.
