Love estate agency… but ready to do it on your terms? You’re an experienced Branch Manager, Lister or Valuer. You know how to win instructions, skilfully negotiate offers, and get sales over the line. You enjoy the job but not the ceiling on your earnings, daily office commute, and building someone else's business. Earnings: Exchange on three sales per month and earn a gross income of £8,400 per month (£100,000 per year). You receive 70% of the fees generated. Based on each sale exchanging at an average fee of £4,000.
