We are looking for a dependable and skilled Property Maintenance Worker to join our team and help keep our properties safe, functional, and well-presented. You will handle a variety of repair, upkeep, and improvement tasks across residential and/or commercial sites. If you are practical, proactive, and take pride in quality workmanship, this role will suit you well.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general maintenance tasks including plumbing, joinery, painting, plastering, and minor electrical work
- Perform routine inspections to identify issues before they become major problems
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Complete repairs to fixtures, fittings, and building structures
- Maintain outdoor areas such as pathways, gardens, and communal spaces
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with health and safety regulations
- Keep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any follow-up required
- Liaise with tenants, property managers, and contractors when needed
- Assist with planned refurbishment or improvement projects
