Were looking for a dependable and skilled Property Maintenance Worker to join our team and help keep our properties safe, functional, and well-presented. Youll handle a variety of repair, upkeep, and improvement tasks across residential and/or commercial sites. If youre practical, proactive, and take pride in quality workmanship, this role will suit you well.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out general maintenance tasks including plumbing, joinery, painting, plastering, and minor electrical work

  • Perform routine inspections to identify issues before they become major problems

  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner

  • Complete repairs to fixtures, fittings, and building structures

  • Maintain outdoor areas such as pathways, gardens, and communal spaces

  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with health and safety regulations

  • Keep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and any follow-up required

  • Liaise with tenants, property managers, and contractors when needed

  • Assist with planned refurbishment or improvement projects

  • **MUST HAVE ACCESS TO OWN VAN**

Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in property maintenance, building repairs, or a similar role

  • Strong practical skills across multiple trades

  • Ability to diagnose problems and carry out effective repairs

  • Good communication and customer-service skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

  • Full UK driving license

  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds) are an advantage but not essential
