This role supports the Creative team to produce a variety of promotional material managed via an online ticketing system and project management software. You will work in accordance with established brand guidelines and parameters across multiple brands.
Your Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Graphic Designers to assist in producing and managing campaign materials, monthly promotional works and client set up packages.
- Respond to ad‑hoc requests and more detailed briefs which require multiple concepts in response, through to internal approvals within a defined lead time.
- Work with our growing client base to deliver a constant high level of customer service through timely delivery of work requests and communication management via our online ticketing system.
Your Skills/Experience
- Minimum 2 years industry experience
- Ability to show a variety of work across both print and digital platforms
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Technically capable, with a flair for creativity
- The ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects
- Highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines
- Good communication skills and professionalism
This role supports the Editor and Production Manager in writing and proofreading a wide range of marketing materials to create flawless copy, ensuring consistency of message while meeting designated targets and timescales.
Your Responsibilities
- Write creative content for upload to social media channels such as Facebook and Twitter on behalf of the business and their clients.
- Understand briefs in order to research and write articles for magazines published monthly.
- Responsible for the collation of images to support copy provided.
- Offer editorial support with campaigns as and when required.
- Proofread new and existing copy for a variety of mediums including website, campaigns, newsletters and magazines.
- Provide editorial support to the Editor as and when required.
- Ability and flexibility to be able to respond to ad‑hoc requests as and when required in order to support the business in each creative department, including a willingness to carry out voice‑overs to support the Production Team (of which full training and support will be provided – no experience required).
- Attend work meetings as and when required to help plan future workload, as well as to undertake training.
Your Skills/Experience
- Demonstrate relevant work experience of 2 years+
- Ability to understand briefs and produce work to deadlines - and sometimes at short notice
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent writing skills and grasp of English grammar
