Senior corporate lawyer required for an exciting role in a company that makes high profile large cap acquisitions regularly. Working with the investment team and top tier external counsel, this is a transactional role for a technically brilliant M&A lawyer, who will review and manage the documentation for acquisitions the company considers and those it makes. Co sec/regulatory and other legal issues are not part of this role. Reporting to the CIO, CEO and GC. 4 days in the office, 1 WFH.
Requirements:
- 7 years plus pqe at a top tier City firm in their mergers and acquisitions department (more senior candidates will be considered).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
