The successful Associate will:
- work closely with private investment management firms, corporates, and facility borrowers;
- engage in cross-border and UK restructurings across various industry sectors, providing strategic solutions and support;
- work closely with friendly and collaborative partners within this growing practice.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management and execution of restructuring projects.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and implement restructuring strategies.
- Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support restructuring initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting restructurings.
