Qualifications
- Excellent academics - Bachelors or LLM degree at 2.1 or above from an elite University
- 3-5 PQE leveraged finance associate candidates invited to apply. (NB not more senior than this).
- Candidate must be currently in private practice at an elite US or global elite firm.
- Training contract and post qualification experience to have been completed at elite US or global elite UK firm (preferably with significant time spent in the levfin department)
- Post-qualification experience should be significant deal experience on levfin deals in particular, so that the candidate has sufficient technical knowledge and awareness of the process to enable them to run with the associate work on a high profile large-cap deal from day one.
- Genuine commitment to the transactional work and fast-paced environment of leveraged finance.
- Willingness to learn and work hard on high quality, challenging transactions.
