Coffee Shop and Front of House Manager Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated individual to take on the role of Front of House Manager for our coffee shop, which also features a juice bar and snack offerings. The position will be self-employed, the manager will ideally work between Wednesday and Saturday—these are our busiest days.
Key Responsibilities:
– Overseeing the daily operations of the coffee shop and juice bar
– Managing front of house operations to ensure a high-quality customer experience for the whole of projects.
– Conducting stock takes to maintain inventory levels
– Handling social media management to promote the business effectively
Compensation Structure / half of profits
– The role operates on a minimum wage basis – Profits will be divided after covering wages for both of you and the wholesale costs of drinks and food.
– Since there are no additional bills to pay, all remaining profits can be split among us.
