Your hands-on leadership will inspire teams, strengthen client relationships, and position the company as a market leader in its sector., * Accountable for the consultancy’s financial and commercial performance, including profit and loss management

Manage risk and business trade-offs to deliver optimal solutions for clients and the organization

Drive business growth in existing and new markets across the UK and beyond

Expand capabilities to develop higher-margin, large-scale consulting projects

Provide exceptional leadership to build and motivate a high-performing team that prioritises client and company interests

Develop relationships with key stakeholders and business leads in existing and new markets to drive growth

Degree or equivalent in a relevant field with chartered professional membership and/or extensive senior management experience; a management qualification is desirable

Proven expertise with a strong track record in Project Centre s core market, service delivery, and project management

Comprehensive knowledge of Local Government, Private Sector operations, and the highway, transportation and public realm sectors

Skilled in managing substantial resources, both human and financial, with excellent commercial acumen

Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills, with experience recruiting and retaining a professional workforce

Demonstrated success in growing a consultancy and developing services for existing and new clients
