We\’re supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation, known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale, complex transformations throughout the UK.

They\’re looking for two Training Managers with end-to-end training experience within a technology-enabled, business-led transformation. The training will be from strategy through to execution, and include creative content delivery.

• The training will cover culture, new ways of working and behaviours, as well as new system implementation
• An independent consultancy
• 5+ years\’ experience in training, ideally gained within a consulting environment
• Experience in HR and/or retail is advantageous
