Location: 2 days in central London per week, 3 days remote. Some travel to Paris and elsewhere globally.
We are supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation, known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale, complex transformations throughout the UK and Europe. They are seeking a Cutover Manager with (ideally IFS system) ERP experience to support in an ongoing cutover for a client in the financial services industry.
Tasks:
- Define and document cutover scope, approach, and success criteria
- Manage cross-functional teams during cutover activities
- Monitor and resolve issues promptly during critical phases
- Maintain alignment between technical teams, business units, and external vendors
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- An independent consultant
- Proven experience in ERP cutover management, preferably with IFS Applications
- Strong understanding of data migration, system integration, and business process impacts
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage complex timelines and dependencies
- Nice-to-have: Experience using Smartsheet for project planning and tracking
