Location: 2 days in central London per week, 3 days remote. Some travel to Paris and elsewhere globally.

We are supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation, known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale, complex transformations throughout the UK and Europe. They are seeking a Cutover Manager with (ideally IFS system) ERP experience to support in an ongoing cutover for a client in the financial services industry.

Tasks:

  • Define and document cutover scope, approach, and success criteria
  • Manage cross-functional teams during cutover activities
  • Monitor and resolve issues promptly during critical phases
  • Maintain alignment between technical teams, business units, and external vendors
  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • An independent consultant
  • Proven experience in ERP cutover management, preferably with IFS Applications
  • Strong understanding of data migration, system integration, and business process impacts
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to manage complex timelines and dependencies
  • Nice-to-have: Experience using Smartsheet for project planning and tracking
  • Nice-to-have: Consulting background
