We are recruiting for a well-established, family-run high street law firm in Keynsham who are looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive (4+ years PQE) to lead their Private Client department. This role combines hands-on fee earning with day-to-day team management, supervision of junior staff, compliance (including Lexcel), financial control, and the development of new business opportunities.
You will play a key role in growing the department, cross-referring work across the firm, and leading marketing activity, while ensuring high standards of client care and file management.
What's on offer:
- Salary £55,000 - £65,000 DOE
