Join us as a Quality Manager - Behaviour, Attendance & Compliance: Empower Futures! Please note you will work from the nearest school base with expected travel to all schools which include all locations in remit (Carlisle, Merseyside, Greater Manchester, Tees Valley, Midlands). The postholder will ensure schools maintain high standards of operational compliance, robust record keeping and consistent implementation of policies and procedures. Through monitoring, quality assurance and support, they will identify emerging risks and work with leaders to secure rapid improvement.

What are we looking for from you?
- Academic Background: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent teaching qualification, Strong evidence of continuing professional development in behaviour, attendance and statutory compliance.
- Experience: Significant successful teaching or equivalent experience, preferably with learners who are vulnerable, disadvantaged or in alternative/appropriate provision.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of what constitutes high-quality education under the current Ofsted framework, including behaviour and personal development and attendance.
- Promotion of Values: Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, safeguarding, wellbeing, and British values.
- Time Management: Effective time management for planning, delivery, and assessment.
