Who are we looking for from you?
- Engagement Skills:Ability to engage learners and support their ambitions. To bring fresh ideas and creativity to the classroom and outside it.
- Emotional Support:Passionate about making a positive impact on students lives.
- Academic Background:Degree in a Relevant Teaching Subject, equivalent for SEN (desirable)
- Core Teaching Qualifications:Teaching Qualification in (QTS/QTLS) or be willing to work towards it. Specialist Teaching Qualification (Desirable
- Experience:Have worked in a school environment. Particularly, experience in secondary school would be an added advantage.
- Teaching Subjects:Maths anda minimum of grade 4/C or higher
- Knowledge:Have an understanding of alternative provision and dealing with students with special needs.

- Communication:Professional communication with students and staff.

AtProgress Schools Tees Valley, we support approximately 30 pupils on roll to ensure that we can provide ample opportunities for children who need a nurturing, encouraging and supportive environment.
