You will be committed to improving outcomes for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Qualifications: BSc or MSc in Occupational Therapy and HCPC Registration.
Provide coaching, modelling and resources to support staff in embedding strategies into everyday teaching. Promotion of Values: Commitment to promoting equality, diversity, safeguarding, wellbeing, and British values. Effective time management for planning, delivery, and assessment.
Our school has a maximum student capacity of 110 and is situated across 4 buildings set within beautiful grounds and vast outdoor spaces. It includes spaces for vocational and academic learning as well as therapeutic support. We have Occupational Therapists on site, as well as colleagues who are trained to provide alternative therapies. Our strong teaching and support team are passionate about empowering our young people to achieve their unique potential, and that's just what you will help us to do. We aren't looking for professionals to just teach, but who can help to architect, motivate, empower and inspire, because we want every one of our young people to have the opportunities that they deserve.
