About the Role

The Senior Client Executive plays a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience as part of our high-value client proposition.

Working closely with Financial Planners and Paraplanners, you will manage complex activities, technical administration and transactional work, ensuring the highest standards of service, accuracy and regulatory compliance.

As an experienced member of the team, you will act as a technical specialist and trusted point of support for colleagues, helping to resolve complex queries, share best practice and drive continuous improvement.

You will take ownership of a varied workload, balancing client, team and business priorities while delivering great outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, managing complex queries, coordinating client servicing activities and delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Financial Planners, Paraplanners and external providers, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Prepare for client meetings by coordinating documentation, gathering information and supporting the delivery of advice and recommendations.
  • Client Administration & Technical Support
  • Prepare, review and maintain client documentation, ensuring records are accurate, compliant and maintained in line with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Manage post-meeting actions, client requests and complex servicing requirements through to completion, ensuring agreed service standards are met.
  • Transactions, Systems & Process Management
  • Process a range of client transactions and provider requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring all activity is completed within required timescales.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information across all systems, platforms and CRM records, utilising advanced platform functionality where required.
  • Effectively prioritise and manage workflow, ensuring compliance with KPIs, SLAs and regulatory requirements while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Team Support & Leadership
  • Act as a point of escalation for Client Executives, providing guidance and support on technical, regulatory and complex client matters.
  • Share knowledge, coach colleagues and support the onboarding and development of new team members.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Essential

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience within financial planning.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, FCA regulations and industry best practice.
  • Experience managing complex client servicing and administrative activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, provider platforms and CRM systems.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, use initiative and make informed decisions within scope of authority.
