The opportunity is to join our team as a Financial Planning Administrator (known internally as Client Executives) and manage specialised administration support/services while maintaining excellent client relationships. Integral to the delivery of outstanding client experiences at Progeny, you will work alongside our knowledgeable Paraplanners and Financial Planners to assist on cases for a wide range of clients. You will be empowered to take on new tasks, develop specialist knowledge and establish yourself as ‘a go-to’ person in your team.

We are seeking someone who has gained some experience working in financial services (2+ years) and is motivated by delivering high-quality work. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working autonomously when needed, as well as working collaboratively, contributing ideas and sharing knowledge with others.

  • Client service: acting as a point of contact for clients, resolving client queries, preparing for client meetings and maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Managing documentation: ensuring thorough preparation, review and management of client documentation and maintaining comprehensive client files and reports.
