The Opportunity
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join a growing, forward‑thinking organisation where data sits at the heart of decision‑making. You’ll play a key role in shaping how data, automation, and AI are used across the business—working with cutting‑edge tools including Power BI and Microsoft Co‑pilot technologies. What You Will Be Doing
- Analysing and transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insight to support decision‑making
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Improving data quality through cleansing, validation, and robust processes
- Automating manual tasks using Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and low‑code solutions
- Managing and supporting data flows across systems, including API integrations
- Investigating and resolving data issues to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Supporting ongoing data transformation initiatives, including changes to systems and processes
- Leveraging AI‑assisted tools (e.g. Co‑pilot) to improve efficiency and accelerate delivery
- Driving continuous improvement in data practices, controls, and governance
About You
- Proven experience in a data analyst or similar analytical role
- Experience working with financial services or wealth management data
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
- Advanced Excel skills and hands‑on experience with Power BI
- Experience using Microsoft Power Platform to build dashboards, automations, or applications
- Strong understanding of data quality, data modelling, and governance principles
- Able to translate complex data into clear insight for non‑technical stakeholders
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- A proactive problem‑solver with a track record of improving processes and efficiency
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working across both technical and business teams
- Interest in AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to adopt new tools and approaches
