The Opportunity

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join a growing, forward-thinking organisation where data sits at the heart of decision-making.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how data, automation, and AI are used across the business—working with cutting-edge tools including Power BI and Microsoft Co-pilot technologies.

This is more than a reporting role; it’s an opportunity to build scalable data products, improve processes, and influence how a modern wealth management firm leverages data.

  • What You Will Be Doing
  • Analysing and transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insight to support decision-making
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using Power BI
  • Improving data quality through cleansing, validation, and robust processes
  • Automating manual tasks using Power Platform tools such as Power Automate and low-code solutions
  • Managing and supporting data flows across systems, including API integrations
  • Investigating and resolving data issues to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and deliver solutions
  • Supporting ongoing data transformation initiatives, including changes to systems and processes
  • Leveraging AI-assisted tools (e. g. Co-pilot) to improve efficiency and accelerate delivery
  • Driving continuous improvement in data practices, controls, and governance

About You

  • Proven experience in a data analyst or similar analytical role
  • Experience working with financial services or wealth management data
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
  • Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with Power BI
  • Experience using Microsoft Power Platform to build dashboards, automations, or applications
  • Strong understanding of data quality, data modelling, and governance principles
  • Able to translate complex data into clear insight for non-technical stakeholders
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • A proactive problem-solver with a track record of improving processes and efficiency
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working across both technical and business teams
  • Interest in AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to adopt new tools and approaches
