The Profs are an award-winning education provider that connects students in need of academic support with a network of highly qualified, professional and self-employed private tutors and education consultants. We are looking for highly experienced online tutors to join our network who can support our clients at undergraduate and postgraduate level.
The Online Accounting/Finance Tutor will be able to empower students to reach their fullest potential and gain the knowledge and skills they need to excel in their school/course work and exams, and progress into their future careers. You will also have significant experience teaching at university level and a track record of success in industry or education.
- Providing high-quality, one-to-one tutoring to students online (may be the option for face-to-face)
- Quickly identifying students’ needs
- Understanding course syllabuses and helping students revise their content in preparation for exams
- Preparing detailed lesson plans with a methodical approach
Experience and Skills
- Educated to degree-level
- Experience of teaching in the UK higher and/or further education sectors
- A teaching qualification (Preferred but not essential)
- Experience as an Online tutor (Preferred but not essential)
- Experience of working with international students (Preferred but not essential)
