About the Role We are entering a significant phase of growth and are looking for a motivated Graduate to join our Tuition Sales Team. In this role, you will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound tuition enquiries
  • Build strong relationships with clients and manage the full matching process
  • Use your sales skills to demonstrate the value of our service and ensure clients are matched with the right tutor
  • Collaborate with tutors to create high-quality, long-term matches
  • Contribute to team strategy and continuous improvement initiatives

This is a sales-driven client success role, where success is measured by both quantity and quality of matches.

About You We’re looking for someone who is:

Key Details Hours: Monday–Friday • 9:00–17:00 (three days per week) • 9:00–18:00 (two days per week) Location: Hybrid – based in Canary Wharf. Initial onboarding requires full-time in-office attendance. Once trained, the team works three days in the office and two days from home. Salary: £26,000–£32,000 per annum (DOE, inclusive of OTE)
