About the Role
As part of our ambitious growth strategy within the Operations team, we are seeking a HR and Recruitment Administrator to assist the tutor team and ensure we continue to help as many students as possible receive their dream education outcomes.
This is a pivotal moment to join us, as we enter a new phase of expansion across the company. You’ll gain a front-row seat to how a fast-paced, high-growth organisation scales—while playing a crucial role in making it happen.
In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for both internal hires and tutors across The Profs Group. You’ll work closely with the senior leadership team to forecast hiring needs, manage multiple recruitment pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for internal staff roles across the Profs Group.
- Review CVs, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.
- Recruit and onboard new tutors to join our expert network.
- Liaise with the senior leadership team to understand upcoming hiring needs and build proactive recruitment pipelines.
- Proactively headhunt candidates for both tutor and internal roles via Linkedin
- Oversee active LinkedIn job postings and provide hiring managers with regular feedback on candidate quality and suitability.
HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accurate HR records and support compliance with employment regulations.
- Responsible for scheduling review dates, coordinating with managers, and confirming attendance of all relevant participants.
- Assist in drafting contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Share responsibility for onboarding processes and maintaining personnel files.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the tutor team, including covering key responsibilities during staff absence or holidays.
- Support the safeguarding lead with DBS processing and administration
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve and streamline recruitment and HR processes.
- Managing office procurement requests and obtaining sign off from relevant managers
Key Requirements
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- You are a people person who thrives in a role where you have to communicate with a wide range of people.
- Have a university degree with at least a 2:1 (In any subject)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and documentation.
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams and seniority levels.
- Discreet and professional approach to handling confidential information.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- An interest or previous experience within the Education sector.
- Previous experience in a recruitment, HR, or administrative role.
- Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools to identify and approach candidates.
- Comfortable using HR or ATS systems.
Salary: £27,000-£32,000 P.A + Benefits
