As we continue our rapid growth, we are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to drive improvements across our platforms, build new features, and contribute to the technical strategy of our expanding product suite.
The Role
You will play a key role enhancing our online tutoring platform, integrating it more deeply with our operational systems, and supporting the development of new product verticals. You will take ownership of core areas of our client management system, working closely with cross‑functional teams including sales, marketing, operations, and senior leadership. This is an opportunity to influence product direction, develop greenfield projects, and work within a lean, highly capable tech team where your contributions will be visible and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
- Improve and expand our tutoring and client management platforms
- Build and maintain full stack features using modern technologies
- Integrate internal systems used by sales, marketing, operations, and product
- Collaborate with senior management and technical leads on new product development
- Contribute to architectural decisions and long‑term platform scalability
- Support data‑driven improvements through analytics and experimentation
Requirements
- 2–5 + years experience as a Full Stack or Software Developer
- React
- Java
- Experience using Git in a collaborative environment
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal English
- Degree (2:1 or equivalent preferred)
- Experience with PHP
- Familiarity with Google Cloud
- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, or GA experiments
- Understanding of marketplace models or EdTech platforms
- Project management experience or experience owning product features end‑to‑end
